Zach Zehnder is a husband, father, pastor, public speaker, podcaster, and author. He is married to Allison, and they have two boys, Nathan and Brady.
His life mission is to challenge people of all ages to become greater followers of Jesus.
He is the Founder and President of Red Letter Living, author of the bestselling Red Letter Challenge, and host of the podcast The Red Letter Disciple.
Zach has written or co-authored more than ten books that have helped people become greater followers of Jesus. Zach currently serves as Teaching Pastor and Multisite Director at King of Kings in Omaha, NE.

Tanner Olson is an author, spoken word poet, and speaker. He travels across the country sharing poetry and telling stories of grace and hope. His work has been described as “hopefully unique and inviting” as it blends faith, humor, and curiosity. Tanner is the author of multiple books, including Walk A Little Slower: A Collection of Poems and Other Words, All the Things I Say to God (Zonderkidz, 2025), and Getting Through What You're Going Through: Notes and Poems for Hoping and Becoming (Zondervan, 2026).
Tanner doesn’t take himself too seriously, drinks his coffee black, and cheers for the Orlando Magic. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife, Sarah, their son, Judah, and their dog, Pancake.

Ryan Burge is professor of practice at the John C. Danforth Center on Religion and Politics at Washington University in St. Louis. Before that he was an associate professor of political science at Eastern Illinois University, and was also the graduate coordinator.
He has authored over thirty peer-reviewed articles and book chapters alongside six books about religion and politics in the United States. He has written for the New York Times, POLITICO, and the Wall Street Journal. He has also appeared in an NBC Documentary, on the CBS Evening News, as well as 60 Minutes which called him, “one of the country’s leading data analysts on religion and politics.”
He served as a pastor in the American Baptist Church for over twenty years, leading First Baptist Church of Mount Vernon, IL for 17.5 years until its closure in July 2024. He has been married to his wife Jacqueline for over eighteen years and together, they have two sons.

Heidi is a licensed clinical social worker, mental health provider, and theological thinker. She loves walking with people to find the ways restoration is built into our bodies and souls. She provides therapy, writes, and creates resources about mental health, relationships, and hope at heidigoehmann.com. She loves her doggies, Star Wars, hockey, adventures, and new ideas. She lives on the shores of Lake Michigan in Ludington, MI, with her husband, four growing kids, and 1.5 dogs.

Sandra McCracken is a GRAMMY-nominated, Dove Award-winning singer-songwriter, author, and creative leader based in Nashville. With a career spanning 25 years and 18 solo albums, she has become one of the most prominent voices in modern hymnody and gospel-roots music—known for blending Americana, folk, and sacred tradition into songs that are both deeply personal and spiritually resonant.
Her best-selling album Psalms (2015) helped redefine modern congregational singing, followed by God’s Highway (2017), which broke into the Billboard Top 50 without a major label. In 2023, Light in the Canyon won the GMA Dove Award for Roots/Bluegrass Album of the Year. Sandra’s songs—including “We Will Feast in the House of Zion” and “Steadfast”—are sung in churches around the world.
In addition to her solo work, McCracken is a founding member of several collaborative projects: Paper Horses (a female folk supergroup), Shadowlands (a country-rock trio), and The Still Point (a neo-classical collaboration with Ben Shive). She has partnered on hymn projects with The Porter’s Gate, Indelible Grace, Rain for Roots, Getty Music, and Integrity Music. In 2023, she was a contributing songwriter and featured vocalist on Keith & Kristyn Getty’s GRAMMY-nominated album Confessio.

Growing up as a homeschooled preacher’s kid, it was unlikely that Andrew Stanley would ever find love, become a comedian, or contribute to society in a meaningful way. Two out of three is not too bad! Now a husband and fast-rising stand-up comedian, Andrew has been performing all over the country since 2016. His unique perspective pairs well with his dry delivery and observational nature. Andrew can be heard regularly on Sirius XM radio, he was selected as a New Face of Comedy at Montreal’s prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, and he appeared on Nate Bargatze’s “The Showcase” on Nateland in 2023. Andrew’s parents are still alive so he works clean.

Matt is the founder and curator of VoxCon, and a frequent speaker at conferences churches around the country.
He’s the host of What Matters Most and Engaging Truth Radio, as well as the author of Tough Call: A Little Book on Making Big Decisions.
Matt previously served as the planting pastor of Our Saviour New York in New York City as is currently Sr. Pastor of St. Mark Houston in Houston, Texas.
Matt is passionate about communicating life changing truths in accessible ways, and equipping others to speak, create, and lead with clear purpose and great impact.

Ben Griffin is a pastor, communicator, and CEO of LINC, a national nonprofit that helps people turn their ideas into ventures that solve real-world problems in the name of Jesus.
Ben speaks at conferences and churches across the country. A church planter and leader for over 20 years, he hosts the PreacherLab Facebook group and loves learning alongside fellow communicators.
In his personal life, Ben and his wife are empty nesters with three young adult children. He produces ministry-related visuals and watches too many superhero movies.
